    OMG I love Subway.. it's so good... I do think they are way overpriced so certainly this 5.00 footlong might get me back in the door. I also like it for the healthier fast food.. well depending on what kind of sub and sauces you get but for the most part they still are high on my list of food choice if out on the run! Thanks for letting us know.

    No, its not just an American promotion. I've seen Subways in my area that are offering this deal now. And I agree with Watergirl73, Subway is definitely a better fast food choice. I love getting the turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, hot peppers and sub sauce! Yum! I just wish they would offer the jalapeno cheese like they do in the U.S.
